Creating a Community of Change-Makers at ThinkTank 3
Our year began with a bang last October!  PLP’s third annual signature conference, ThinkTank 3, brought together an outstanding and diverse community of Talent, seasoned leaders, rabbis, philanthropists, mentors and forward-thinking practitioners. 

Through inter-generational dialogue, formal and informal conversations, practical skills training and individual mentoring, Talent shared cutting-edge ideas, tools, resources and collaboration techniques. 

Together we learned with Tal Ben-Shahar, the leading thinker on Positive Psychology, and examined how an organization becomes a Great Place to Work.  World class Rabbis shared words of wisdom and new perspectives on our tradition, including keynotes by Rabbi Ed Feinstein, Rabbi Naomi Levy, and Rabbi David Wolpe.

By uniting a community of 400 thought leaders, new ventures were formed, connections made, and PLP Talent were hired at cutting-edge organizations.
